tried to install fixture, and when bracket, and base was installed tried to install glass globe and saw that 2 of the three tabs that hold the glass were broken. what a waste of time and money. shipping sticker says that it can be returned in original and unopened condition. shipping cost 11.00+. disappointed.

The fixture arrived, and one of the 3 clips that would hold the glass shade in place was broken off. In addition, I received a 3 light fixture when the item is described as a 2 light fixture. The original box was placed in a larger box for shipping, however all of the packaging insulating paper was on one side of the box, so there was no protection on the other sides. This being the case, I believe the broken clip may have happened prior to shipping. The clip is a very inexpensive thin pot metal piece, that makes all of the clips problematic, if not when new at some time in the future. 3 reviews with the same problem indicates you may want to consider another fixture.

I thought maybe the previous reviewer just got unlucky, so I ordered one myself. It arrived with 2 out of 3 clips broken (the ones that keep the glass bowl attached to the light). Asked for a replacement and it too was broken in exactly the same way. I asked for a 3rd replacement, but Amazon just cancelled it and refunded my money.Anyways, the light came in a box inside an Amazon box. The inner box had a ups label and said it was part of a pallet of 16 lights. I'm guessing the entire 16 light shipment got damaged. Whatever steel they use to make the clips is of poor quality, and the way Yosemite packed the light, any impact would apply quite a bit of pressure directly to the tips of the clips.
