Very fragile

I love my orchid chandelier !!! It is very beautiful !!! Everyone that see it loves it also !!!! I only had one problem and that was with the company. They shipped me, My chandelier, but I did not receive all the parts and it took them a long time to just ship these parts !!!. Cn a happy note SHARLA WILLIAMS elegant lighting second representative took over, fixed the problem,and did a professional job. An excellent job !!!!
