Missing Part and Heat Issues??

THIS UPDATE is as a result of actually finally installing the lamp.Missing Part?The instructions show a Fibreglass Pad inside the canopy below the outlet box and wiring. NO SUCH PART WAS INCLUDED IN THE SEALED PACKAGING.Heat Issues?Was the aforementioned missing pad intended to dissipate heat from the bulbs/sockets? There was no stated purpose.Moreover, there was a strip of paper stuck on a sheet about how the daylight sensor works. The addition states "Do not install the fixtures too close to the wall, keep at least 14 inches distance from the wall". That's a quote. There is NO explanation of why this is or what it means. This is a ceiling fixture. Is this saying you can't put it near the edge of the ceiling? Is that a heat issue?The fixture in Chinese. The English instructions were made by Chinese. It's anybody's guess as to what they may mean. For example they call the main body of the lamp the "wall canopy". It's a ceiling fixture that has nothing to do with mounting on a wall.As we worked with the lamp, the quality of the parts seemed to be OK. But just in case, we ARE ONLY USING ONE BULB TO HALVE ANY QUESTION OF HEAT. One bulb lights the fixture pretty well.My early review as I took it out of the box ------------------Apparent Quality But NOT AS WHITE AS PICTUREDThe lamp as delivered is not as white as the white frosted lamp pictured. The housing and finial parts are white. But the glass is not really white. It's a translucent frosted glass that is not white. If you must have an all white lamp, you may not like this one.
