Minimal, and Sharp

This is a very simple flush-mount light fixture with room for three (incandescent style) bulbs.I use it with three ~25 watt compact CFLs. No problems so far with heat, but I've only had it for a short time. The wiring is simple, and includes one lead-out for black and one for white from the cluster of the three on each. (look for it, I started by unwinding the wire nut until I notice that there was that extra wire coming out, which I wire nutted to the power source)Fits in the standard square box style ceiling fixture that's been in use for houses since at least the 60s.The glass diffuser is even nicer looking than I expected, with swirls in it, and it does not absorb much light, so that's great for efficiency.If anything, this fixture is too bright! But that's fine for a kitchen. Nice product, good price!

Yosemite 16 inch ceiling light fixture

I read a prior review that propelled my decision to purchase this fixture. Very well made product, and the bowl does not block a lot of the light like my old one did. The glass etching adds a dimension to its beauty and the three bulb capacity allows for as much light to generate without the associated heat generation that my old fixture created with two bulb capacity eventually resulting in constant premature bulb failures. Highly recommend it.

nice ceiling light

This ceiling light was just what I wanted. I was looking for something simple and in the color white. This fixture fit the bill nicely. It looks great in our kitchen and gives ample light with three bulbs.
