I received this yesterday, opened up 5 of the crystal balls so far and 3 are chipped. There were no instructions, it was in pieces. I spent 3 hours putting it together - cut my hands, destroyed my nails and have no clue if it's going to work. Amazon cannot replace the chipped crystal pieces because of the seller's constantly changing inventory. This is absolutely the worst thing I've ever purchased and I'm amazed Amazon puts out quality this poor. If their seller cannot provide customer service, they have no business using them. I will try to put it up Friday night, then we'll see what happens and what action I take. I would recommend you stay far, far away from this item. It's worth paying more for quality - I'm ashamed of Amazon! I am happy to say after Amazon said they couldn't do anything through their vendors because of changing inventory the vendor, Light in the Box came through like champs!!! They have been more than helpful and courteous and I sincerely appreciate their efforts to make this all okay. Amazon should take lessons on customer satisfaction from Light in the Box!Part II - I finally found time to open the box and start putting the second one together. Since it's extremely difficult to assembly it took awhile before I could force myself to go through that again. This time I do have instructions, BUT each of the legs has to be attached with a lock washer and nut in a very small place. Well, one of the lock washer/nut combinatons are set on two different wires. I can't get the the lock washer/nut down to tighten without undoing absolutely all of the wiring. That adds another hour to an already 2 hour task and the odds of getting all of the wiring back correctly are very low. I'm done messing with this, I simply don't have time to keep trying to get it fixed. I give up and will write this off as an expensive lesson learned. Just stay far, far away from this light!

Pretty and Difficult

I LOVE the way it looks, once I finally got it put together. The directions weren't very understandable; fortunately, I have put together many fixtures and figured it out. Kind of difficult, needed needle-nose pliers, but looks absolutely AMAZING! So pretty, I love the way the light reflects off the crystals.

Not bad!

There are some good review and some bad for this product but I decided to try it for myself...The quality maybe not the best but it looks great and works fine too (it is not very bright but lights up the room well enough) it does take a little patients to mount it but nothing crazy - I got so many compliments from friends and family , everyone loves this modern look!
